I am writing today for two reasons. 1. I am interested in learning more about purchasing a vacation/investment property in Juan Dolio, and 2. Potentially spending this upcoming weekend (Friday 9/4 – Tuesday 9/7) in a Juan Dolio apartment for a vacation and to potentially look at some of the opportunities available to an investor with US and Dominican citizenship.
