The Coffee Shop – Tapas Bar Paladart has opened their doors offering their gourmet touch to the Juan Dolio community.
Owners Patricia Perez and Javier Higueras promise to fulfill the food cravings of locals and visitors with breakfast, sandwiches and their dessert tapas at affordable prices. Located in the Main Street Boulevard, Plaza next to Sea Drinks across from Banco Popular.
Patricia Perez has a Degree in Administration but dreamed of becoming a professional cook and decided to move to Barcelona, Spain to study. She enrolled in the School of Hostaltge da Barcelona Resturaió and spent 3 years working in well known restaurants Syrah , Vegetarian Restaurant Habaluc and Visual Restaurant which specializes in banquets, meats, fish and cold entrees.
