The first Metro teen girls soccer game was played Saturday March 13th at Metro Country Club soccer field against the San Pedro teen girls House Nuestro Pequeños Hermanos (NPH). Metro coach Jonathan Rosario. Girls team dominated the first half winning the game 7-0. Gabriela Monserat lead the Metro team with 4 goals while team mate Kely Valido added 3 more goals to shut out the San Pedro team.
Kiara Chevalier, Karla Chevalier and Star Rodriguez maintained an “iron curtain” defense while passing off to Erica Hazim and Lilian P. Guiza.
The NPH girls team was coached by Prof. Christian Javier Cruz and promised a better match scheduled on Saturday morning March 20 at the NPH field in San Pedro.
