Remember the Disney animated movie Ratatouille when the food critic tastes the chef’s ratatouille and immediately recalls that special moment as a boy how much he loved his mom’s ratatouille?. That was pretty much my experience when sampling the mouth watering jalapeño cheeseburger at Sal Marina Restaurant. The family relocated the restaurant from Santo Domingo to Juan Dolio to be closer to friends and more family.
