Juan Dolio – President Leonel Fernández today led the inauguration for the Marbella condo development by Metro Group in association with Ing. Frank Pimentel and his company Couticar.
Work was started by the Metro Group with an investment exceeding 100 million. The president highlighted the importance for development in Juan Dolio, and announced that the state remodel the streets as a way of contributing to the advancement of tourism in the area. He emphasized that in just a short time Juan Dolio has become one of the most attractive tourist locations in the country.
The event’s keynote speech was given by Mr. Luis Jose Asilis, president of the Metro Group, who said that the tourism project consists of 301 apartments and 800 hotel rooms that total over 1,200 rooms including current projects they have built. According to reports the apartments will cost between 300 thousand to a million dollars. The work was blessed by Father Luis Antonio Gonzalez.
